Founded in 1992

the Natural Chem Group, LLC (the "Company") through its affiliate, Natural Nutrients USA, LLC, ("Natural Nutrients“ or “NATUSA”) will commercialize its proprietary Natural Chem Process for production of value-added natural, renewal products by development and operation of the Natural Nutrients Project (“the Project”) as described below. The Project has been designed to produce high-quality Nutri-Ferm™ feed supplements and kosher USP glycerine from byproducts of the “dry” mill ethanol manufacturing process.
The Company’s management and engineering team has spent more than 15 years developing and independently testing the production process design and efficacy of its primary products, including large-scale field testing of the Nutri-Ferm™ feed supplements by several of the key players among the Company’s target customer base.

The Natural Nutrients Plant, Stanley, Wisconsin
(the “Wisconsin Plant”)

This facility will produce: a) over 400,000 tons/year of one of its Nutri-Ferm™ feed supplements, FermentaGain™, which is a high quality, nutrient rich feed product that demonstrates superior growth and improved feed conversion characteristics in poultry and other monogastric (single stomached) livestock; and b) over 55 million pounds/year of fermentation crude glycerine that will be shipped to the Iowa Plant for refining.
As an adjunct to the operation of the Wisconsin Plant, NATUSA will use the “Excess DDG” from the dry mill ethanol plants (the “Off-Site Ethanol Plants”) that supply raw materials to the Wisconsin Plant to produce over 750,000 tons/year of another of its Nutri-Ferm™ products, AdvantaGain™, at those Off-Site Ethanol Plants by a simple mixing/blending process.
